Solar Halo

In April 2019 I visiting the city environs of Thimphu in the country of Bhutan, in the Himalayas of south Asia.
Dominating the skyline was this gargantuan statue of Buddha,
known here as Buddha Dordenma.
As we were leaving, I turned and saw this astounding site.
A full solar halo ... as if it was a sign from some
celestial watcher ...
