Explanation: This week we are back down in the bayou of coastal Louisiana, USA. We've been here before, enjoying 'gators, spiderworts, lubbers, and much more. But here peers a well-known and sought-after denizen of these deep southern swamps: an American bullfrog. In Louisiana, they are indeed sought after, for food and for sport. Louisiana has specific regulations for bullfrog management.
